TPH is seeking a Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Jacksonville FL for a 2 to 3 month temp assignment.

 

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skill sets and experience:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Must have General Ledger coding experience
  • Must have experience with account reconciliations
  • Must have experience in high volume invoice processing
  • Must be organized and detail oriented with excellent record keeping

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounts payables experience
  • Must be able to work well in a group environment
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting theory
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines

 

Compensation:  The A/P associate compensation consists of hourly pay based on hours worked.  Estimated 40 hours per week and paid bi-weekly.
