The Parts House is the fastest growing Direct-to-the-Installer parts supplier in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Puerto Rico We carry 180,000 different part numbers covering 185 product lines from dozens of Manufactures.


Summary: Complete managerial duties to ensure the locations business is running smoothly and profitably, which includes completing the following tasks:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals set by General Manage
  • Employee schedules based on payroll hours
  • Day to day store operations
  • Cores and defect
  • Shipping and receiving of merchandise
  • Assemble and fill customer orders to be delivered within a 45minute window
  • Inventory and cycle counts
  • Schedules contract drivers based on company business needs
  • Answer customer questions and addresses complaints
  • Store opening and closing duties
  • Handles cash, cash counts and deposits
  • Stocks and pulls parts
  • Answers phones
  • Keeps store and front counter clean
  • Keeps warehouse clean and provides a safe work environment
  • Supervise 1 or more employees
  • Assigns work duties as needed



  • High School Degree or GED
  • 3 to 4 years warehouse experience or similar discipline
  • Valid driver license and Insurance
  • Must have your own vehicle


Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen in accordance with local laws and company guidelines


Education and/or Experience

A high school degree or equivalency. At least two years of experience with the automotive parts or aftermarket business, preferably in a leadership position.


Physical Demands

Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods. Able to lift 50 pounds. Able to operate a pallet jack.


Adherence to Safety Guidelines

Observe safety and security procedures, adhere to driving laws, determine appropriate action beyond guidelines, report potentially unsafe conditions and use equipment, vehicle and materials in a safe and proper manner.


Work Environment

Able to work in wet and/or humid conditions, use ladders for pulling parts, and be exposed to outside weather conditions and forklifts in the warehouse.



Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
